Light Soup - Sopa Elizabete

                     Light Soup

1) Ingredients:

1 chopped onion
1 cup of mushrooms
1 cube of chicken knorr
1 Tbsp of olive oil
2 Tbsp of fresh coriander
one full hand of vermicelli 
1 can of corn
2 sheets of clear gelatin
1 mixed egg
1 fresh cheese - previously cubed

2) Preparation:

On a pan add olive oil, 1 chopped onion, mushrooms, 1 cube of chicken knorr in olive oil. Fry it until onion gets brown.

Add chopped fresh coriander.
Fill the pan with hot water and add
one full hand of vermicelli (angel hair pasta),
2 full hand of spinach,
1 can of corn, and
2 sheets of clear gelatin.

When boiling add
1 mixed egg - stir while you add it
1 fresh cheese - previously cubed

Ready to enjoy!
