ingredients:

4 egg yolks
1 egg
1/2 cup cheese
5.5 oz (1 cup) beef bacon / salami, cut into small pieces
12 oz (340 g) spaghetti
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
black pepper to taste


How to make


  1. cook the spaghetti in boiling water that has been salted.
  2. While waiting for the spaghetti cooked, pan-fried bacon with a little olive oil until crispy and brown meat. Remove, set aside and let cool briefly.
  3. Prepare a large bowl. Mix the egg yolks and 1 egg. shake it off. Add grated cheese and stir well. Add pepper to taste and stir well. If too thick, add a little pasta water and stir well.
