Hash Brown Potatoes Recipe



Hash browns or hash brown potatoes is a dish of potatoes are grated or chopped in cubes and pan-fried (fried with a little oil).
Hash browns are usually a breakfast menu in the United States. In Indonesia, hash brown menu is also available at the McDonald's fast-food restaurant or a snack stall Old Chang Kee.

Hash Brown Potatoes Recipe


ingredients:

3 medium potatoes, cleaned, peeled
250 g tomatoes cery
150 g spinach leaves
cooking oil
salt to taste
pepper to taste


How to Make


  1. grated the potatoes with grated rough. remove excess water by squeezing the potatoes. place the potatoes that have been squeezed in a separate place.
  2. heat the oil for frying, not too much. grab a handful of grated potato, flat shape. fried. turning when the bottom is browned.
  3. briefly sauteed spinach leaves and cherry tomatoes.
  4. serve hash browns, put salt and pepper to taste and serve with sauteed vegetables.


Note:
vegetables can be substituted frozen vegetable if you like a more practical
