TRADITIONAL VINAIGRETTE MADE EASY

It doesn't get any easier than this to
make the most flavorful vinaigrette...
Yields: (Appx. 1 cup)

INGREDIENTS:

¼ cup white wine vinegar
2 teaspoons dijon mustard
1 teaspoon onion, grated
¾ cup olive oil
kosher salt and ground pepper to taste

METHOD:

In a small bowl, whisk all the ingredients together, except the olive oil. Add olive oil in a slow and steady stream until emulsified. Season to taste with kosher salt and ground pepper. Refrigerate for up to one week.
